Turo Co-Hosting Services in Salt Lake City

A Turo co-host is a manager for your car: they build the listing, set prices, answer guests, run check-ins, clean and turn the car between trips, and handle the problems — so the car earns without you working a second job. In Salt Lake City, Driver Valley is a local Turo co-hosting service based at Park N' Jet by SLC airport. We manage 85 co-hosted cars, split the cashflow 50/50 after operating costs with our share capped at 30% of gross revenue, and carry a $150/month minimum per car.

What a Turo co-host actually does

A rented car is a small operation, and the co-host runs all of it:

How co-hosting works with Driver Valley in SLC

Your car lives and works from our lot at Park N' Jet - Mountain Lot, 2200 W North Temple, five minutes from Salt Lake City airport — which is exactly where Turo demand is. Guests land, take the free shuttle to the lot, and go; you never meet a guest, never hand over a key, and never rearrange your day around a pickup. Our team handles the lot work, and your car is also listed on Driver Valley's own booking site alongside Turo, so it is not depending on one channel.

Salt Lake City rewards the right fleet. Winter is ski traffic — AWD SUVs headed to Park City, Alta, and Snowbird — and summer is national-park road trips. A local co-host who prices for those seasons, and keeps AWD cars available through them, is the difference between a car that rents and a car that sits. You can see the track record behind that on our Turo host profile: 791 trips at 4.8 stars.

What it costs: the split, in plain terms

There is no setup fee and no monthly management bill. We earn only when your car earns: after the operating costs we pay out of pocket (cleaning, fuel, parking, supplies), the remaining cashflow splits 50/50 — and our share is capped at 30% of the car's gross revenue, so on a strong month the extra goes to you, not us. Every car also carries a $150/month minimum. You stay responsible for the ownership costs — a loan payment if you have one, insurance, and registration — exactly as you would owning any car. The full math, with worked examples, is in our co-host earnings guide.

Which cars qualify

AWD SUVs, crossovers, and minivans do best in this market — see our guide to the best cars for Turo in Utah — but if your car meets the three boxes above, it is worth a conversation. And if you're weighing whether to hand the car over at all, our co-host vs. managing it yourself breakdown lays out the honest trade.
