Co-host your car with Driver Valley

Own a car that sits more than it drives? We list it, price it, and run it as a rental from our lot by Salt Lake City airport — you stay the owner, we do the day-to-day work.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your car — use the form below or text us. If it's a fit, we'll set up a time to see it and go over the one-page co-host agreement together.
  2. We list and manage it — professional listing and photos, pricing, guest screening and messaging, and check-in / check-out with a photo and video walkthrough every trip.
  3. Renters pick up at our lot — Park N' Jet, Mountain Lot by SLC airport, with free shuttle pickup for guests. We handle cleaning and turnarounds between trips.
  4. You get paid monthly — a statement and payout for your car's month, every month.

How the money splits

After the operating costs we pay out of pocket (cleaning, fuel, parking, supplies), the cashflow is split 50/50 — and our share is capped at 30% of the car's gross revenue, so on a strong month the extra goes to you. Every car also carries a $150/month minimum. Our goal for owners is $1,000–$2,000 a month per car; actual results depend on the car and the season, and we'll show you real numbers for similar cars before you decide.

You stay responsible for the ownership costs — your loan payment if you have one, insurance, and registration — the same as any car you own. We never ask you to hand over your title.

SUVs, crossovers, and family cars do best in Salt Lake City — ski season and summer road trips keep them busy — but tell us what you have.
